1. HOW TO ENTER:  Beginning at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time on July 1, 2010 through 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on October 15, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”) play the Instant Win Game (either by text message or online) for a chance to win Instant Win Game prizes and receive an entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes for a chance to win $12,000. You will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes the first time you play the Instant Win Game.  Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry regardless of how many times you play the Instant Win Game and regardless of the method of entry. Together the Instant Win Game and the Sweepstakes will collectively be referred to herein as the “Promotion.”  Limit one (1) Instant Win Game play per person per day during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry. A “day” is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET each day during the Promotion Period.

TWO (2) METHODS OF ENTRY:

i. TEXT MESSAGE METHOD: Using your mobile phone, text message “rolls” to the short code “23000” to find out if you are a potential instant winner. By playing via text message, you consent to receive text messages from the Sponsor regarding this Promotion. Shortly after texting Rolls, you will receive a text message indicating whether or not you are a potential instant winner. You are a potential winner if you receive a message stating, “CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE A POTENTIAL INSTANT WINNER.”  Follow the text message screen instructions to redeem your prize.  If your message reads "SORRY, NOT AN INSTANT WINNER," you have not won a prize. All potential winners are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.  Messaging and Data Rates May Apply to Each Message Sent and Received. You will be charged according to your mobile phone service provider’s rate plans. Please consult your mobile phone service provider regarding rate plans.  Proof of sending a text message to the short code is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such game play. Text messaging is not available in all areas of the U.S. Check with your service provider for details. 

ii. ONLINE METHOD: Log on to www.rfmrules.com/rolls (the “Web site”) and follow the onscreen instructions to play the Instant Win Game. Upon playing the game, you will be notified as to whether or not you are a potential instant winner. You are a potential winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, if the onscreen message states “CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE A POTENTIAL INSTANT WINNER,” and indicates your prize. Follow the online instructions provided in the notification to redeem your prize. If your message states "SORRY, NOT AN INSTANT WINNER," you have not won a prize. 

DO NOT SHOW OR GIVE ANY PRIZE WINNING MESSAGES TO ANY RETAIL PERSONNEL. RETAIL PERSONNEL ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VERIFY OR REDEEM CLAIMS FOR THESE PRIZES.

The time of day when you play the Instant Win Game, as recorded by the game technology, will solely determine whether or not you are a potential winner. If multiple entries are received at exactly the same time, the game technology will assign each a different, next-available, unused time. If no entry is received at one of the computer-generated, randomly predetermined winning times/dates, then the first entry to be received, immediately following such time/date, will be the potential winner of the prize. Sponsor's Web site computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

Each person may only use one (1) mobile phone number/e-mail address to participate in this Promotion, and such mobile phone number/e-mail address may only be used by one person regardless of whether the mobile phone number/e-mail address is shared by two or more people.  Any participant who uses more than one (1) mobile phone number/e-mail address to enter this Promotion may be disqualified, and any prizes won may be forfeited subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the mobile telephone number or e-mail address used at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned a mobile telephone number by the wireless carrier as shown on the carrier’s billing records, or is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. 

2. PRIZES/ODDS:

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): Grand Prize winner will receive Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) awarded in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize winner.  (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $12,000.) Grand Prize Winner Selection: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about %PICKDATE%, from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted on or about 10/27/10.  Winner who entered via text message will be contacted by phone at the mobile phone number used to submit an entry.  Winner, who entered online, will be contacted by mail at the address listed on his/her entry. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected, if feasible. Please allow 6–8 weeks for prize delivery upon winner verification. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES (220): First Prizes (20): Each First Prize winner will receive Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) awarded in the form of a check made payable to prizewinner. (ARV of all First Prizes: $5,000.00). Estimated odds of winning a First Prize are 1 in 462,240.  Second Prizes (200): Each Second Prize winner will receive Twenty-five Dollars ($25) awarded in the form of a check made payable to prizewinner. (ARV of all Second Prizes: $5,000.00). Estimated odds of winning a Second Prize are 1 in 46,224. Odds stated for all instant win prizes are approximate, actual odds of winning depend upon the total number of valid Instant Win Game plays completed.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $22,000.00. Limit: One (1) First and Second Instant Win Game prize per person. All eligible Instant Win Game participants will be eligible to win the Grand Prize, regardless of any Instant Win Game prizes won.

3. INSTANT WIN PRIZE CLAIMS: All entrants must have a valid e-mail address in order to redeem prize. If you are a potential Instant Win Game prizewinner, you will receive a message congratulating you and indicating that you are a potential prizewinner at time of Game Play regardless of method of entry. You are not a winner of any prize unless, and until, your eligibility is confirmed. Each potential prizewinner will be prompted to complete the online prize claim form by providing their first and last name, date of birth, e-mail address, mailing address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip, and phone number.  Prize claim form must be completed and submitted online no later than October 23, 2010. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Unclaimed and un-awarded prizes will not be awarded. All claimed prizes will be awarded at the end of the Promotion following winner verification. Prizes will be mailed to the mailing address submitted on the prize claim form. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for delivery of First and Second Prizes upon winner verification.

4. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: No alternative or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of comparable or greater value.  Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, with respect to any prize. All income taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. A 1099 form may be issued to any winner (or parent or legal guardian if winner is an eligible minor) who receives a prize totaling a value of $600 or more.

5. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PROMOTION SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. OPEN TO ALL LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE 50 UNITED STATES (INCLUDING D.C.), WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor and each of its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity or Address Confirmation letter, depending on the prize won as a condition of receiving the prize, except where prohibited by law. In the event that a potential winner is considered a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the parent/legal guardian on behalf of such minor, who must agree to execute all required documents.  Sponsor is not responsible for inability of any winner to accept a prize in accordance with these Official Rules. Any documents requested by Sponsor must be returned within the time specified or the prizewinner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, if feasible. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and, if feasible, an alternate potential winner may be selected. By entering this Promotion and accepting a prize in this Promotion, each winner consents to the use of winner’s name, photographs, biographical information, voice recordings and likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes by Sponsor in commerce and in any media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, notice or permission, where permitted by law. 

6. SPECIAL PROMOTION LIMITATION: Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion without notice or liability if Web Site becomes infected with a virus, or is technically corrupt, or if the Promotion otherwise cannot operate as planned or for any other reason as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company and agencies assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to, or resulting from, entering or downloading any information or software in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone/Internet malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by any human or other errors that may occur in connection with the Promotion. If any of the foregoing malfunctions, errors, fraud, unauthorized intervention or defects render the Promotion incapable of operating as planned or corrupt the integrity, affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Promotion, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may suspend or cancel the Promotion immediately. Under no circumstances will more prizes than those set forth in these full Official Rules be awarded.  If a technical error, or the like, occurs that results in more potential winners than available prizes for a particular prize level, Sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing from all eligible claims received to award the indicated number of prizes for the level of prize in dispute. Any use of micro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and entrants using such methods will be disqualified. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion if it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage, interfere with, or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these full Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

7. Release of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns, and sponsors, advertisers, partners and agencies (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors or interruptions related to computers, software, servers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost or undeliverable mail, e-mail or shipments; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use of a prize.

8. PRIVACY:  By entering the Promotion, you agree to Sponsor’s use of your personal information as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at http://www.wrigley.com/wrigley/privacy.asp.
